| Membership to the council is divided into 4 categories, which can be individual or corporate.
Membership requires payment of an annual membership fees which is indicated for the various types of memberships. |

Individual (Student):
This option of membership allows graduate students enrolled in a full-time program of studies to access ACfGT membership at a reduced rate of US$ 30.
The name, email, and signature of the graduate advisor is required.
Individual (Adult):
This option of membership is available to individuals practicing within education or related and are in gainful employment or business. A membership fee of US$40 is charged annually for this membership.

Corporate Membership (Schools/Colleges/Universities):
Corporate membership allows education institutions (which are schools, colleges, universities) and its membership to participate in functions of the ACfGT at reduced rates. A membership fee of US$100 is charged annually for this membership. Students and staff of registered education-related corporate members enjoy 50% discount on Individual membership, but endorsement of school/college/university authority must be received to enjoy the benefits. |

Corporate membership allows education related institutions (not schools/colleges/universities)and its membership to participate in functions of the ACfGT at reduced rates. A membership fee of US$120 is charged annually for this membership. Students and staff of registered education-related corporate members enjoy 50% discount on Individual Membership

| Affiliate Membership:
Organizations that have by-laws and elected officials access this membership after careful perusal of the by-laws and approval. Affiliate Membership can only exist once in a country and deemed the main ACfGT representative for that country. A membership fee of US$ 100 is charged annually for this membership. |

How to become a member
Application for membership is done online by completing the membership Application Form and attaching the relevant requirements. You will be able to select the correct Membership category while competing the form so that it is processed under the selected category.
Once the application is received, it will be processed and if approved, you will be advised (usually by email) about payments and subsequently registered as a member.

Renewing Membership
Applying for membership is a one-time process. In subsequent years, your membership status is maintained by simply paying the annual membership fee.
